A service for distributing and disseminating academic works (books, academic textbooks, and e-books) by Mae Fah Luang University school members, researchers, and staff to higher education institution libraries in Thailand.

Service Fees and Details

(Users are responsible for all expenses.)

• Processing fee: 100 THB per request
• Shipping fee: charged at actual cost
• Packaging (box) cost: charged at actual cost

Supporting Documents

• Request letter for book/academic textbook dissemination
• Acceptance letter for dissemination

Procedure

1. Users submit a service request through the online system.
2. Users deliver copies of the books/academic works to be disseminated to the library (according to the number of destination libraries specified), and pay the processing fee, shipping fee, and packaging cost.
3. Library staff review the information and coordinate with the user.
4. Library staff coordinate and deliver the materials to the designated libraries (as specified in the service request).
5. Library staff send an acceptance/confirmation letter to the user.
